When clients need help in succession planning, GFC works with the company's lawyer, insurance advisor, and banker, to review and analyze such basic elements of the business as organizational structure, shareholder agreements, the value of the business, management personnel, and company strengths and weaknesses. GFC advisors can then help implement the recommendations and suggest viable long-and short-term business strategies.
