Jim Donohue is a Partner of Gallagher, Flynn and Company. His twenty-year financial career is centered on providing expert, innovative tax planning and advice for individual investors, owners of entrepreneurial businesses, and corporations with multi-state and international operations. Mr. Donohue has extensive experience working with the intricate tax laws affecting partnership and limited liability companies.

With comprehensive knowledge in personal financial planning for high net worth individuals, Jim concentrates on the significant areas of federal and state income and estate tax minimization, maximizing after-tax returns from company-sponsored stock options and other employee benefits. In his corporate work, in addition to ongoing tax planning, he structures business acquisitions, mergers, sales, and business valuations.

Jim came to Gallagher, Flynn in January, 1995, from Urbach, Kahn & Werlin, P.C., where he served as a Tax Director and managing office shareholder of the Burlington office. Prior to UKW, he was a senior tax manager with Arthur Young & Company, now part of Ernst & Young. Jim is a magna cum laude graduate of Manhattan College with a B.S. in Accounting.
